What are your open hours?
Our daycare hours are 7am to 6pm.
Dogs can be dropped off or picked up at anytime within these hours.
What are your service rates?
Daycare is $50 per dog per day. This is payable on pick-up.
We offer a 10% discount for multiple dogs (within the same family group).
We offer a 'half-day' rate of $35 for up to 4 hours of care.
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, all dogs need to be booked in prior to attending our daycare service.
Bookings can be made in person, by calling our Yallah store number or via online (coming soon).
Can I make regular bookings?
Yes, if you need a regular booking, we can help you with that instore or via the phone.
Please note we are closed for public holidays and for 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period.
What size dogs to you accept?
Our facility is best suited for small to medium dogs.
Larger dogs may be accepted on occasion after assessment by the team.
Do you board overnight?
Unfortunately we are no longer offering an overnight boarding service.
This may change in the future, so be sure to keep following our webpage and socials.
Do you provide food?
As you may know, dogs can be quite sensitive to changes in diet.
It is for this reason we do not provide food at our service.
If your dog requires feeding while in our care, please provide the exact amount of food in a disposible container labeled with your dogs name and your number.
My dog requires medication, are you able to facilitate this?
Yes, we are experienced with administering oral and topical medications. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate any further medical care beyond those listed.
My dog isn't desexed, can I still book them in?
We do NOT accept non-desexed dogs at this time.
Can I visit the facility?
Of course, you are welcome to come to the store at Yallah any time during open hours.
Unfortunaty however, you will not be able to enter the daycare area. This is due to health and safety reasons for both you and our dogs in care.
Can I book my dog in for grooming and daycare on the same day?
Yes, of course you can. This is only available to be booked in person at the store or over the phone and is subject to availability.
Can I bring my dogs favorite toys?
Unfortunately we do not allow dog's belongings in the daycare area. If items are brought to the facility, they will be placed with your dogs lead/harness in a store room for the duration of their stay.
